This office building is located on the busy street of Nguyen Van Troi, Ho Chi Minh City. The client, real estate developer NHO (National Housing Organization) requested an aesthetic that could communicate their corporate identity: "Harmonizing People, Land and Community". We designed the building to have a green facade and an interior that speaks of eco-friendliness and modernization. Each meeting room is equipped with sensor lighting to reduce energy overuse as users can enjoy a natural green view even from within the busy city.
